By registering for or using the DASH Echo AI Agent platform, dashboard, or embedded scripts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 2734138 ALBERTA INC. (doing business as DASH Echo). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal business authority to enter into these terms. By completing the registration process, you establish a binding contract between yourself/your company and DASH Echo.

2. Description of Services

DASH Echo provides autonomous conversational AI support agents utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and human operator takeover websocket handoff mechanisms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

3. Usage Limitations & Abuse

You agree not to use DASH Echo to transmit spam, execute malicious code, scrape public data, or bypass system rate limits. Any violation of these policies will result in immediate termination of your API keys and dashboard account.

4. Subscription Billing & Cancellations

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected tier. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Cancelled subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

DASH Echo and its parent entities shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of sales, leads, data, or customer trust) arising out of the performance or downtime of our AI agents.
