DASH Echo uses the collected data to provision, configure, and maintain your AI Agent instances, handle customer messaging sync pipelines, detect fraud or abuse, and send product updates or service announcements.

Specifically, if you connect your Google Calendar, we access it via the Google Calendar API. Our application uses this integration solely to:

• Retrieve free/busy availability slots to prevent scheduling conflicts during client booking requests.
• Create, modify, and delete calendar events for appointments and sessions booked by your users through the DASH Echo AI Assistant.

We do not use your Google Calendar data for any other purpose, including marketing, advertising, or profiling.

3. Google API Limited Use Policy Disclosure

DASH Echo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted infrastructure providers (such as Stripe for subscription billing, OpenAI or Google Cloud for AI inference API pipelines, and Google Calendar API) solely to execute system services you have explicitly configured.
